13.COMPLETE SET, 1 ORIGINAL AND 3 COPIES OF CLEAN ON-BOARD BILL OF LADING (B/L) SHOWING QUANTITY LOADED, ISSUED AND ENDORSED TO THE ORDER OF BUYER MARKED "FREIGHT PAID PRIOR TO BREAKING BULK".
12.THE ORIGINAL AND THREE COPIES OF THE SCG CERTICATE OF ANALYSIS AS DTERMINED IN THE CONTRACT.
11.THE ORIGINAL AND THREE COPIES OF THE SGS CERTIFICATE OF WEIGHT AS DETERMINED IN THE CONTRACT.
10.THE ORIGINAL AND 3 COPIES OF SELLERS INVOICE, CALCULATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CERTIFICATES AS PER ARTICLE 6 AND 7 AND ALLOWING ANY ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ARTICLE 5.
9.DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT
8.Deliveries start as per contract (first shipment 30 to 45 days after receipt and acceptance of RDLC in sellers bank)
7.Seller sends PB 2%to make payment instrument operative
6.Buyers Bank send payment instrument (RDLC) within 5 working days of receipt of hard copies as per Pt. 5.
5.Seller couriers 6 hard copies of the contract to buyer (initialled, signed and sealed) - buyer returns 3 of these hardcopies (initialled, signed and sealed) back to seller.
4.Seller signs, seals and initials this - now final - contract and sends back to buyer
3.Buyer negotiates/marks changes in draft contract and sends it back to seller (signed, sealed, initialled) + POF through Swift code.
2.Seller sends draft contract
1.Buyer signs this FCO and confirms his agreement with the terms and procedures
0.Buyer issue ICPO with Soft Probe+signed NCNDA.
