PROCEEDURE:
--Buyer issue loi
-Seller issue soft offer
-Seller issues the signed Sales and Purchase Contract.
-Buyer signs confirm and returns the Contract to the Seller, both parties agree and are binding upon.
-Buyer send 10% cash wire transfer to the seller prier commencement of materials processing and give Seller complete delivery Schedule.
-Buyer Issues 90% SBLC or BG against complete shipping documents.
-Within seven (7) days, the Seller issues Performance Bond being 2% of the total shipment value to validate Buyers instrument.
-The Seller helps buyer to charters the carrying vessel and furnish details.
