11. Upon clearance of funds received at the advising bank of the Seller, the Seller shall pay professional fees, shipping fees, yard fees and other payments required to be discharged by the Sellers mandate.

10. Payment for each consignment shall be effected within 3 (three) banking days after Receipt by the Buyer's Advising Bank of all documents required for payment.

9. Proof of Product will be released within five (5) days upon the FFRDLC become operative. The First Shipment will commence no later than 45 (forty five) days from the date of issue of the Irrevocable FFRDLC payable at sight, confirmed by current ranking top 25 Western/European World Bank. The remaining consignments will be shipped in each 30 (thirty) day periods as defined in the Appendix D of the contract.

8. The Performance Bond Guarantee shall be issued and become valid within five (5) days upon the receipt and confirmation by the Seller's Bank of the related FFRDLC payable at sight, confirmed by current ranking top 25 Western/European World Bank. The Performance Bond will be valid for 13 (thirteen) months. Upon expiry, this guarantee will become null and void and of no consequence whether returned to us or not.

7. The Buyers Bank shall thereafter issue the FFRDLC payable at sight; notify the Seller of its issuance in his favour on or before XX  day of XXXX, 2008 of which becomes active against receipt  of the Seller's Performance Bond.

6. The Buyer's Bank will issue the FFRDLC via electronic mail or facsimile to the Seller for approval before swift confirmation to the Seller's account.

5. Signed copies of contract are delivered back to supplier for final review and signature.

Buyer agrees to contract terms and conditions and supplier submits five copies of hard contracts for signature of buyer including the provision of banking details in Appendix A together Buyer submits Letter of Intent and Official Bank Capability Letter stating buyer has with Board Resolution, Signatory Passport, client Information Sheet.
