Yard visit allowed after the seller receives a pre-advice LC (MT 705) or a non-operative LC from a top 25 western bank, however this yard visit will only take place in groups with other buyers present. An unsupervised port inspection may be granted at anytime in lieu of a yard visit. At the port inspection the buyer can see ships which are being loaded for the seller.Non-transferable, Non-divisible Letter of Credit is acceptable with a $10 / MT increase.Non-operative LC accepted. After Non-Operative LC, Seller will grant yard visit and issue 2% PB this is what is required! Yard visit may/may not be required Table Top Meeting with the Seller is allowed. Buyer must negotiate and sign draft contract before meeting. Optional Procedures

11. Shipping of the material will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of Sellers receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.

10. The Seller will, within 5 working days of receipt of an acceptable operative payment instrument, provide the Buyer with a 2% Performance Bond against confirmed value of each shipment.

9. The Buyer will then, within 7 days of receiving approval of the Letter of Credit, open an acceptable operative payment instrument to the Sellers bank. LC pre-advice wld be given, ag which PB 2% wld be issued by Seller, which wld automatically trigger LC to active status Yes the seller can invite buyer after Pre advice MT 705 from their bank for yard visit.

8. The Buyers banker sends a draft copy if the Letter of Credit to the Seller for approval by the Seller and the Sellers bank.

7. The Seller will then scan the fully signed, sealed and initialled Contract  
contract via Courier the Buyer will personally sign and seal the 4 Hard Copies and return two (2) originals by courier to the Seller.

6. The Buyer returns the final agreed contract duly signed and sealed via email or fax.

5. The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made in draft contract by the Buyer. If the Seller agrees to the changes made by Buyer, the Seller issues the final binding contract via fax or email.

4. The Buyer returns revised draft contract to the Seller via, fax or email.

Seller is not an NHI seller and is AQSIQ registered.

Minimum; 2.000 MT/month/year in 20 containers
