HMS1/2 Price: USD$140 per Metric Ton CIF ASWP

USED RAIL SCRAP R50-R65 PRICE: 180 PER METRIC TON CIF ASWP

PAYMENT TERMS:

Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) at sight by top 50 prime World Bank.

Performance Bond: 2% PB of shipment Value.

Shipping schedules: will be shipped within 30-45 days after payment instrument (SBLC) is activated.

Duration: Annual

Shipment: bulk

USED RAIL Minimum Order: 30,000MTx12 consecutive months.

USED RAIL Maximum Order: 60,000MT x12 consecutive months.

HMS1/2 Minimum Order: 10,000MTx12 consecutive months.

HMS1/2 Maximum Order: 20,000MT x12 consecutive months.



Visit: Buyer will be invited by the seller to see the goods at the port of loading at the same time SGS conduct inspection and loading.

Inspection: SGS or equivalent at loading port sellers cost.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:

1. The buyer issue ICPO/LOI.

2. The seller issue FCO buyer sign and return back to the seller.

3. Seller issue Draft contract to buyer for review.

4. The buyer send back the Draft Contract Approved and sign or with amendment to be approved by seller.

5. Buyer open and send to seller bank LC seller bank confirm and proved.

6. Seller bank will issue POP and the 2% performance bond (PB) the Buyer bank.

7. Seller issue invitation letter to buyer for yard visitation.

8. Shipment takes effect as scheduled.
