Here is the reason for his procedures.Several years ago he would in fact offer his documentation to a buyer that had started with contracts. And in doing so opened himself up for fraud and that is exactly what happened to him.
   His business papers were used to build a website and in turn the perpetrators in fact did commit fraud and took investors for around 100k before being shut down. His bank account was frozen until they( attorneys) could prove his innocents.
   This brought a lot of scrutiny down on him and his business.The FBI was brought in to find the offenders and to this day still have not been caught.
  Let me ask you a question as a businessman.If you weren't physically standing face to face with a total stranger that hasn't done any paperwork, would you offer up all your private business documents to him? And I know the answer to that question.
   When contracts have been concluded with Mr Kojo all documents are transfered Bank to Bank for both parties safety. This practice has been widely adopted by many sellers that do business on the internet, due to fraud. Mr Kojo is a well respected individual with govt. officials in his region and throughout the world where he has conducted many business transactions.
   He will actually deliver you product to its destination port and after inspection give 5 to 7 days to complete the payment. You are invited to visit the yard and observe your cargo being loaded upon the shipping vessel. As you know all cargo has to be inspected by SGS which is part of your final documentation package.He has nothing to hide but will not pass around documents as this is all handled Bank to Bank.
