Contractual provisions: The selling party is a German company therefore the contract will be concluded under the laws of Germany and the European Union

Payment: By T/T or L/C against Shipping Documents and Inspection Report. Seller issues guarantee to the buyer 2% PB against the L/C. Buyer is responsible for cutting and bundling of materials to the sea port by the cutting company.

Cutting:  4m USD 6, 1.5m USD 11, Rails to be cut according to buyers specification to fit containers or break bulk shipment by seller to be cut at buyers expense.
