6)  The buyer bank shall make the payments by Telex     Transfer 14 days after arrival of buyers destination     port of discharge or 3 banking days after SGS     certificate of compliance with quantity and quality     analysis to cover for each vessel of dispatch for all the

courier 5 copies to buyer, Buyer countersigns all 5 copies and keep 3 copies and return 2 copies back to the Seller.

5)  Seller signs 5 originals copies of the contract and

full contacts and bank details.

4)  Seller issues final Sales and Purchase Agreement with

amendments are necessary. They amend and return back to Seller. Seller confirms the contract contents as agreed and approves.

3)  Buyer lawyers, bankers review contract to see if any

contract.

2)  Seller issues FCO and Draft Sales and Purchase

Comfort Letter (BCL).

1)  Buyer Issues Irrevocable Purchase order and Bank
