Also it is very important that you come to South Africa to inspect the Used Rails and further discuss and sign the contract/agreement.

Meanwhile, before any further negotiation I want to inform you that buyer must visit seller for yard/site seeing and signing of final hard copy contract with seller in seller's country. Please be aware that the Rails is mandated by the South African Government to be cut because the Rails in question has not been used at all, it was imported into the Country on wrong specification i.e it does not correspond with the one that is already led on the ground as such the Locomotives (Trains) could not move on them that is why the Government want to dispose it, so they don't want same to be brought back into the Country. The seller's company has been given the mandate to sell the said Rails as Scrap.
