2. Buyer reviews and accepts Corporate Offer and will issue and send recent LOI and Bank Capability Letter / RWA in the name of the End Seller, upon receipt of the Corporate Offer.

3. Seller issue contract.

4. Buyer signs, seals and returns 1 copy by email to seller for signature.

5. Buyer signs, seals 3 hard copies and sends to seller by courier.

6. Seller signs the hard copies and returns 2 by courier to buyer.

7. Buyer bank issues Payment Instrument as agreed in contract.

8. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond

9. Cargo delivery as per contract
