The following documents will accompany the HMS 1& 2 on delivery:
HMS 1&2 200-206 (Mix of 80% HMS1 and 20% HMS2)
SPECIFICATIONS: Steel scrap HMS 1&2 80% 20%
11) Goods remain the sole property of the seller until it is paid for. Only after payment will the HMS 1& 2 become the property of the buyer.
10) Final payment of each shipment against shipping documents must be paid within three bank working days after unloading at buyers port.
9) Delivery commences per buyers choice of discharge port in seller expense
8) Seller issues 2% PB to buyers bank within five bank working days.
7) Buyer issues irrevocable Non transferable documentary letter of credit to seller bank within five banking working days.(total amount minus hacienda deposit)
6) Seller issues irrevocable invitation letter to buyer for yard visit upon confirmation of materials in the yard.
5) Buyer pays contract execution deposit to Hacienda de Madrid owned account, in this account seller/ seller mandate can only claim the money only after completion of transaction by submitting shipping document to hacienda.
4) Seller sends contract execution agreement for mandatory deposit.
3) Seller issues draft contract, both party signed and sealed lodged with respective banks.
2) Buyer sign seller FCO and return with signed and sealed ICPO
1) Seller issues complete FCO with details including and passport numbers.
