All of Sellers contracts are written to include aclause (section 12.2) whereby if the material delivered is not of the quantityor quality expected by the buyer, that entire shipment will be replaced without charge to the buyer. Further the deliverymade tothe buyer is his to keep during the time it takes to replace the shipment. Naturally,should this occur more than once,Seller will investigate the claim by the buyer toensure that it was in fact a discrepancy.

7)  Other documents (OBOL, Certificate ofOrigin, etc.) will be sent to Buyer or buyers Bank AFTER clearance of funds.Quality/quantity certificates (SGS,CCIC/CIQ) will be sent directly byinspectors to Buyer at the same time. Shipment commences.

5)  Seller presents document(s) required forpayment (Commercial Invoice only). Bank pays contract amountto Seller account. Sellers BankSBLC replaces Corporate PB .

4)  Upon receipt, Seller C verifies funds inreal-time, and if funds are there, countersignsSales Contract. A Corporate PB is issued together with the contract.

3)  Issuing bank (Buyer's) or the Buyer sendsthe Certified Cheque or Wire Transfe  receipt along with signed and sealed SalesContract via courier to Seller. If Payment is in the form of DLC, it must be negotiable with CommercialInvoice only.Seller alerts appropriate yard(s) and ships/barges.

2)  Buyer signs and seals the Contract, andsend hardcopies via courier (DHL, FedEX,etc.) to Seller offices in Florida.
