                SPECIFICATION:  

The SELLER guarantees to the BUYER that the ITEMS delivered under the present Contract will correspond to the characteristics shown below:

11. Seller begins shipments with all appropriate documentation (POP, SGS, ).

10. At the buyer's request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port.

9. Seller checks quantity and quality with SGS at loading port.

8.   Buyer or their representative visits yard for inspection.

 7.  Upon receipt of the agreed pre-advice SBLC by MT760, seller activates 2 % Performance Bond

6.   Buyer uses US, Western Europe or Hong Kong Prime Banks for confirmation.

5.   Buyer's Bank opens non-transferable SBLC for seller as agreed by seller's Bank and payable within 5 banking day of material reaching destination port.

4.   Buyer signs the Draft contract and sends it to the seller.
