1. NCNDA-IMFPA
2. Buyer issues ICPO or LOI.
3. Seller issues draft contract to Buyer for comments and acceptance, the Buyer signs and returns the draft contract showing all amendments required initiated and adds their full banking coordinates, confirming banking information and contact information.
4. Buyer, after discussing and finalizing all amendment with the Seller by e-mail, amends where necessary the contract, and signs, seals and issues to the Seller a final contract for its completion by E-mail. Seller and Buyer electronically signs final contract.
5. Buyer facilitates issuance to Seller copy of pre-advice about payment instruments.
6. Seller upon confirmation of Buyers Letter of Credit pre-advice through his bank, Seller will cause his bank to issue 2%PB to activate Buyers Irrevocable Transferable Letter of Credit.
7. On receiving Confirmed payment instruments the seller will commence loading.    Buyer can send his representatives to have the inspection at the loading port if the buyer wants after signing the contract Payment Advice.
8. Shipment starts

POP is bank to bank against POF. Buyer can visit the yard after payment instrument confirmation.

Port Visit:                    Buyer allowed visiting the loading port after signing the contract and POF or Payment Advice.

Inspection:                  SGS or equivalent at Sellers expenses at loading port

Performance Bond:      Upon confirmation of Buyers Letter of Credit pre-advice through his bank, Seller will cause his bank to issue 2%PB to activate Letter of Credit.

Payment:                   100% Irrevocable Transferable DLC at Sight. Seller gives payment advice within three (3) banking days after signing the contract.
