60000 MTNS PER MONTH x 12 MONTHS @ USD 260 CIF ASWP
90000 MTNS PER MONTH x 12 MONTHS @ USD 250 CIF ASWP
100000 MTNS PER MONTH x 12 MONTHS @ USD 245 CIF ASWP
Procedures:
1. Seller or seller's representative send Soft Offer.
2. Buyer sends an LOI/ICPO and BCL stating that the Buyer has the capability to
complete the contract, with an authorization for a soft probe.
3. The Seller issues a draft contract and FCO to the Buyer.
4. Within 3 working days The Buyer returns signed FCO and draft contract to the
seller with any requested revisions.
5. The Seller reviews and confirms any revisions made to the draft contract by the
Buyer.
6. The Seller issues the final binding contract.
7. Within 7 days of receiving the final signed contract from the Seller, the Buyer's
bank sends a pre-advice of the Letter of Credit to the Seller's bank, initiating the
POP process.
8. The Buyer will then open a non-operative payment instrument to the Seller's
bank.
9. The Seller will then, within six business days of receiving the acceptable
payment instrument, provide the Buyer with 2% Performance Bond making the
payment instrument operative,
10. Shipping will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from the date of
the Seller's receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.
