The Seller will respond immediately and issue Proof of Product (POP) bank to bank in favor of the Buyer, if Buyer issues POF Proof of Funds. Yard visit is available and can be negotiated directly between buyer and seller if desired.
Note:
Shipment commences within 45 days.
Letter of Credit must be payable 100% at sight at loading port against shipping documents.
Within 5 (five) working days buyer bank shall issue the LC for the total amount of shipment. The LC must be Irrevocable Transferable Revolving Letter of Credit (ITRLC ) revolving for the length of the contract.
The Seller within 3 (three) working days from signing Final Annual Contract will issue a 2% PB bank to bank via swift before Buyer will issue LC
Buyer signs contract and returns to seller for final review and signature.
The Seller sends the Draft Contract to the Buyer for signature.
The Buyer submits LOI with BCL
Procedures:

But the seller does not allow overpricing and does not pay commission. We have to get the commission from buyer side.
