Contract terms are non-negotiable. AQSIQ is available with the final contract.
With Previous Performance but Old B/Ls is  not to be shown
ICPO + Banking Information + Authorization for Soft Probe is a must to issue a contract.

Shipment in 30 days from issuance of acceptable operative Letter of Credit.
The remaining consignments will be shipped in each 30 thirty-days period as defined in the contract.

Yard Visit after LC.
The seller will then issue a Corporate 2% Performance Bond for the proper performance of the contract and counter guarantee of the buyers valid Letter of Credit.
