Shipment: in 30/45 days and rest in every 30 days after receipt of payment instrument to the sellers bank

Destination: CIF ASWP

Shipment commences as per the terms of the contract.

?  Seller send the 2% PERFORMANCE BOND which activates the payment instrument;

?  Buyer Open non operative payment instrument;

?  Seller send HARD CONTRACT;

?  Buyer return DRAFT CONTRACT signed and seal (on each page);

?  Seller send DRAFT CONTRACT;

?  Buyer return FCO signed and seal (on each page) + BCL / RWA or MT 799;

?  Sellers issues sends FCO - Full Corporate Offer;

?  Buyer sends LOI or ICPO with SOFT PROBRE FUNDS;

Preliminary procedures:

?  Pricing is based on the first year annual volumes;

?  Performance Bond cannot be more than 2%;

NOTE:

Payment for each shipment shall be effected by TELEX TRANSFER (TT) at sight upon presentation by the seller of all agreed documents required for payment.

By Irrevocable, SBLC equal to the value of 2 months shipments, payable at sight, at destination port within 7 days, valid for the period of 14 months and 20 days from the date of issue.
