6. After receipt of (SOFT POP) document, Buyer's bank will swift Pre-Advice of
Financial Instrument to Seller's bank, upon the confirmation of the Pre-Advice of
Financial Instrument by Seller's bank, Seller's Bank will respond by issuing full
Proof of Product (POP) and 2% Performance Bond Guarantee to Buyer's bank should
the seller fail to supply the product, this 2% will be paid to buyer and
intermediaries as compensation.
7. Buyer's bank will issue the operative payment instrument to Seller's bank
after buyer has confirmed the POP.
8. Shipment will start according to conditions of the contract and according to
agreed schedule.
9. Each party hereto will bear its respective banking costs / charges

CONTRACT PERIOD: 6 or 12 MONTHS
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issues ICPO.
2. Seller issues FCO to Buyer
3. Seller issues draft (CONTRACT) of SPA to Buyer to review and make necessary
amendments if needed. When the Contract is accepted by both parties, Buyer and
Seller will sign and seal the Contract. The electronic Signatures shall be deemed
valid and enforceable.
4. Buyer is responsible of tariff charges for allocation,binding ,cutting and
shipping cost. for FOB while Buyer is responsible of tariff charges for allocation,binding,cutting for CIF
5. Upon the confirmation of the charges for allocation, cutting, binding and
shipping cost, buyer sign affidavit and agreement with the Company
transporting the product to the loading port.
Seller issues (SOFT POP) documents to the buyer for verification and hard
copy contract via courier.
The POP document will include the following documents :
-. A COPY Statement of availability of the product issued by Seller's Bank (with allocation number).
