Shipping commences as per Contract within 30 days after the financial instrument is activated.

Seller sends all Original sets of documentations as per the Contract to the Buyer, including the vessels and Quality Certificates.

Sellers bank provides Buyers bank with a 2% operative Performance Bond (PB), and Proof of Products (POP), which automatically activates the Financial Instrument (DL C).

Within a specified time as stated in the Contract, the Buyer opens a non-operative Financial Instrument (DLC) and that need to be confirmed on top 25 European bank.

On receiving the acceptable LOI and BCL the Seller will send to Buyer signed and sealed Draft Contract . Buyer amends the Draft Contract and send to Seller, if it will be satisfactory the Seller send the FINAL CONTRACT to the Buyer, which will be binding to both parties.

Buyer sends a current dated Letter Of Intent (LOI) on their letterhead fully dated, signed, and stamped and a current dated Bank Capacity Letter (BCL) on bank letterhead signed and sealed by top banks.

Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of the piece of rail.  Free from concrete, dirt, and foreign material of any kind.
The rails can be cut to the length the buyer wants.
