Any exemption to the specification must be written and is only valuable after written acceptance from our company. Exemption are never permanent.

9.      Exemptions

The supplier must respect 100% of the delivery schedule.

The driver has the responsibility of the unloading area (damages, cleanliness).

Unloading may only be done after approval of the responsible person.

Trucks reception are done between 8 Am and 4 PM (except if exemption)

8.      Reception

Any rejection will be done at supplier charge.

Our company will control any delivery and keep the authority to reject batch that do not fit with the specification.

Deliveries need to fit with this specification. They must be homogeneous and repetitive.

7.      Reception Control

The supplier has the responsibility to deliver correct scraps. They may not be toxic, irritating, dangerous, contaminated or irradiated. They may not bring any risk for people nor envirronment.

6.      Responsibilities

Painted surfaces may not exceed 5% per delivery.

Galvanised surfaces may not exceed 5% per delivery.

Oily surfaces are prohibitted.

Lightly rusted is accepted.

5.      Surface aspect

Dimension must remain between  20 and 50 mm

K must remain bigger than 0.25

Ideal shape is spherical or cylindrical (K=1).
