HMS-1 & 2 ,  80-20  200-206.  Heavy Melting Scrape. 
1st Shipments contain 5000 - oo METRIC TON  scrape, in container to  be loaded for  customer.  weight receipt to be collected at the same time and in the presence of inspection agency i.e. SGS.
Material Pictures will be sent with this offer for approval. If demanded the same  
On approval of pictures Buyer can issue their Confirmed  ORDER  in favour of Seller.  On the receipt of the confirmed order Invite buyer to inspect the goods.  Buyer will confirm his programme for inspection to the seller.  If the buyer want to come to Germany, he has to confirm one week earlier of his arrival for inspection. 
After Inspection of goods and approval, the buyer must signed goods approval Certificate and the goods can be booked for him to despatch.  Within 3 days of approval of goods buyer must openbalance amount L/C in favour of Seller and confirm the same to seller.
Delivery will be made as per customers requirement  after receipt of confirmed order with advance and backed by  balance amount  Irrevocable Letter of Credit 100% at sight. 
HMS-1 & 2 , as mentioned above will be  US $  235-ooper M. Ton. C&F 
On approval of picture of the material and confirmation of Order.  
On approval of Confirmed order of the Buyer, Seller can ask to inspect the goods.  On approval of material, buyer must open balance amount of L/C within 3 to 5 working days.
On receipt of the L/C in the Sellers Bank, the seller will book container/ship and buyer may present at the time of loading of goods. In case buyer fail to open L/C, in time I.e. 3 to 5 working days, seller can ask the reason and seller ca
