Buyer sends FCO back signed with Proof of funds (POF) and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)

Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO)

Buyer sends Letter of Intent

Free from any and explosiveshells, cartridges, other arms and ammunition used or other andany close containers, subsance and coatings any organic waste andother harmful substance.
