?Non-operative LC accepted. After Non-Operative LC, Seller will grant yard visit and issue 2% PB

?Yard visit allowed after the seller receives a pre-advice LC (MT 705) or a non-operative LC from a top 25 western bank, however this yard visit will only take place in groups with other buyers present. The yard visits will be scheduled about every three months. An unsupervised port inspection may be granted at anytime in lieu of a yard visit. At the port inspection the buyer can see ships which are being loaded for the seller.

Optional Procedures

11. Shipping of the material will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of Sellers receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.

10. The Seller will, within 5 working days of receipt of an acceptable operative payment instrument, provide the Buyer with a 2% Performance Bond against confirmed value of each shipment.

9. The Buyer will then, with 7 days of receiving approval of the Letter of Credit, opens an acceptable operative payment instrument to the Sellers bank.

8. The Buyers banker sends a draft copy if the Letter of Credit to the Seller for approval by the Seller and the Sellers bank.
