MANUFACTURERS : RUSSIA AND UKRAINE
PACKAGING : Loose and Cut to sizes of 1.5 meters before containerizing and Loading.
QUANTITY : 30,000 MT (Thirty  thousand m/Tons per Month.) 

CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 Months.
PRICE : USD$215.00 USD / MT (CUTTING,CONTAINER AND COMMISSION)
Payment Terms : SBLC
DELIVERY : CIF
INSPECTION : Quality, Quantity, Weight & Photo by Buyer at buyers cost at port of loading for invoicing Quantity assay issued by SGS in clear,
clean faxed or e-mailed version, showing the quantity of the goods loaded on board vessel. Hard copies will follow with-in seven (7) banking days.

PROCEDURES

1.    Seller issues FCO
2.    Buyer issues ICPO and BCL
3.    Buyer signs and accepts Full Corporate Offer and return to Seller.
4.    Seller issues draft Purchase Contract
5.    Buyer & Seller meet to sign the Purchase Agreement
LC FORMAT

1.    Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible
2.    Price stipulated - $US
3.    Revolving valid for the time of the contract
4.    FOT at loading site of mine
5.    Payment at sight of 100% of value
6.    First shipment will be paid in cash via will take effect from 2nd shipment
7.    No shipment will be made until LC is successfully lodged and approved by Sellers Bank
8.    Delivery date Four Weeks after LC has been successfully lodged.
9.    At signing of contract Buyer has to give proof of funds for first EFT.
6.     Transaction is concluded.
