6. Payment Terms: ByIrrevocable Letter of Credit for 100% of   Invoice   value issued through a Prime Bank
    Instructions for Letter of Credit (L/C)
    A.) Irrevocable, Negotiable at sight, Transferable &Divisible if applicable for 100%payment at sight against, presentation of Bill of lading and all         statutoryshipping documents.                          
    B.) Issue an irrevocable documentary credit subject to Uniform Customs and Practice
   
7. Insurance & Guarantee:  FromExporter to Importer

    Performance Guarantee 2% (OR) Not applicable if Inspection is conductedby the buyer in person From Importer toExporter
    Applicable as perContract and Letter of Credit agreed upon mutually by both parties
