PRICE: $325/MT CONTRACT DURATION: Twelve (12) months PAYMENT: Payment of the Agreement quantity of XXXXXX Metric Tons shall be effected by a Monthly Revolving Transferable Letter of Credit to Seller? bank from Buyer? bank for the monthly contract value. These payment terms will be guaranteed through an Irrevocable Prime Bank Stand-by Letter of Credit for the value of USD$ XXXXXXX. The Irrevocable Prime Bank Stand-by Letter of Credit and the Monthly Revolving Transferable Letter of Credit should be issued at the beginning of the contract period. 100% payment on presentation of the shipping documents (at Sight). PERFORMANCE BOND: 1.5% to 2.0% of the value of the Irrevocable Prime Bank Stand-by Letter of Credit. INSURANCE: At seller? cost. Transaction Procedure:1. Buyer sends a Letter of Intent.2. Seller sends an FCO, together with guidelines for the BCL. 3. Buyer sends signed FCO with BCL. 4. Seller sends draft contract. 5. Buyer sends back signed draft contract. 6.
