11. The buyer accompanies the SGS inspection at the loading port.
10. Shipping will commence within thirty (30) to forty five (45) days fromdate of Seller's receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.
9. The Seller will, withinsix working days of receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument,provide the Buyer with a 2% Performance Bond making the payment instrumentoperative.
8. The Buyer will then openthe non-operative payment instrument to the Seller's bank.
7. Within 7 days of receivingthe final signed contract the Buyers bank sends pre-advice of the LC to thesellers bank, initiating the POP process.
6. The Seller will theninsert all his data including his bank information, sign, seal, transform thecontract into nonconvertible PDF file and will send necessary copies back tobuyer.
5. The Buyer returns thefinal agreed contract duly signed and sealed with full banking informationincluding a draft copy of the LC he plans to produce in the future.
4. The Seller reviews andconfirms any changes made in draft contract by the Buyer. If the Seller agreesto the changes made by Buyer, the Seller issues the final binding contract.

2. The Seller issues a draftcontract to the Buyer.
1. Buyer sends an LOI + BCLstating that the buyer has the capability to complete the contract, with an authorizationfor a soft probe.

7. Delivery: 30-45 days afterreceipt of LC. Seller to provide 2% PB.
6. Price: USD 255.00 per MTfor 10k x 12; USD 245 per MT for 30k x 12 and 60k x 12. All of the price above will be CIFASWP. Used rails can be customized to any size based on buyers requirement.
