Commodity & Specifications:HMS 1 & 2 (80-20) as per ISRI standard 202-207, free of any foreign attachment, radioactive and any explosive substance etc.

Origin:Central Europe,Netherland,/Malaysia  as per sellers choice

Destination port: ASWP, as per buyers choice

Inspection: By SGS or any similar international inspection agency

Shipment:Bulk shipload/ of 30,000MT each shipment x 12 = 360,000MT with the interval of 30 days from the previous consecutive shipment.

Price: 30,000MT X12 Months =US$320 PMT CIF ASWP
          60,000MT X12 Months =US$315 PMT CIF ASWP
          90,000MT X12 Months =US$310 PMT CIF ASWP

Term of payment: Due to some delays we have had in LC deal and now our company decided not to accept LC deal whether it is transferable or non-transferable until further notice.
Presently, the only payment terms we accept is POF MT760, POF MT103, SBLC and BG  and it will be in our bankers approved text.

Delivery: The 1st shipment will begin no later than 20 days from the date of issue of the SBLC or BG confirmed by current ranking top 50 top international bank.


Procedure:
buyer's procedures:
1- buyer submits LOI (letter of intent) and either bank soft probe authorization letter or bcl (bank comfort letter) ICPO with soft probe attached above.
2- buyer receives contract from seller, with electronics copy regarded and treated as original for his review adoptions.
3- SBLC or BG, value 100% payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents to the buyers bank account.
  a)  The SBLC or BG would be sent to seller's bank account and swift copy emailed to seller. SuchSBLC or BG will be valid for 15 months. the non operable SBLC OR BG will become operable upon the seller's issuance of a 2% performance bond.

  b) buyer will send draft copy of SBLC or BG to seller with 5 business days of signing
      contract. Contract has to be signed and returned to seller within 3 business 
      days.
 
4- The seller's bank shall issue the fully operative 2% performance bond to buyer's bank. Such performance bond will be valid for 15 months.
a) once SBLC or BG is operable, seller will issue POP and will allow visit to seller's yard(s).
 
5- The 1st shipment will begin no later than 20 days from the date of issue of the SBLC or BG confirmed by current ranking top 50 top international bank.
 
6) Access for goods Inspections sought by the Buyer and/or its representatives under this contract shall be granted only after the posting of the operative SBLC or BG confirmed by current ranking top 25 Western/European World Bank  in favor of the Seller and in the agreed text.

b) Inspection shall be done at port of loading by Soci?t? G?n?rale de Surveillance (SGS) and CICC.  The Seller will pay inspection fee for SGS only, Fees for the CICC report will be paid by Buyer, at the loading port. Weight inspections respectively done by SGS and CICC at the loading port shall be final and binding upon both Parties on any issues relating to weights and measures of the quantity or quality of goods delivered.

c)  Subject to the posting of the operative SBLC or BG confirmed by current ranking top 25 Western/European World Bank by the Buyer in the agreed terms,  the Seller shall on Buyers request within twenty (20) days after the date of signing this Contract, cause an invitation letter to be sent to the Buyer for the Buyers representative to be issued with a busines or other appropriate visa to enable such  representative travel down to  verify the availability of the goods or its quality at the port of loading and at the Buyers own expense. Payment can be made at destination port with sblc and t/t payment.
