BUYER FORWARDS SIGNED ORIGINALS BY DHL OR OTHER COURIER TO SELLER, SELLER COUNTERSIGNS AND RETURNS COPIES OF SIGNED ORIGINALS TO BUYER BY DHL OR OTHER COURIER.
