For more information about the Big MAC mobile or Little MAC stationary auto crusher,
Our engineers have spent 35 years building the Big MAC - a product that has earned its reputation for durability and reliability. We listen to our customers and continue to build machines that are
operator-friendly. Every Big MAC is tested prior to shipment and then tested again by our staff at the customer's facility.
Mobile or stationary, diesel or electric, we have a machine to fit your needs.
The mobile Big MAC is easily moved from location to location by a truck tractor. Easy to operate, with minimal working parts, the Big MAC flattens entire autos in one process. This machine has
quality precision cylinders, which can be quickly and easily raised for operation or lowered for travel.
The Big MAC can press three to five scrap autos, with or without engines, into thirty-inch high bundles, which can be stored as dense inventory or loaded on trailers for shipment to market. Every
machine features an oil reclamation system and all machines come with a compact remote control for ease of operation directly from a forklift or other loading device.
The Little Mac stationary flattener is designed for collection yards and the processing of loose bulky scrap such as household appliances and loose automotive tin. This flattener has a cycle time
of approximately 45 seconds per car, making neat, tight packages.
Even small yards can easily afford a Little Mac. By crushing at convenient times, stacking crushed autos to better utilize yard space, enlarging buying potential, allowing more time for engine and
parts recovery, and selling at better price periods, much higher income opportunities exist for all of your operations.
