USED RAILS R50 - R65
The Rail shall conform to and will be used Rail Steel- Standard section T rails original weight 50 Kg. Per meter or heavier. Each Rail unit will be straight, and without bending or winding. Free from mud, dust, fluff, non-ferrous inclusions, excessive rust and other impurities. Free from any radioactive materials, any harmful chemicals, substances, and coatings, any organic waste and any other harmful substances. Dirt, dust rust, fluff and other impurities not allowed over 1%.
Standard: Used Rails (100%): ISRI CODES R50-65 R50-R65, R50 (GOST 7173-75), 51.67kg/M, R65 (GOST 8165-75), 64.72kg/M with Composition: C: 0.54-0.82, Si: 0.18-0.40, Mn: 0.60-1.05, S: 0.04 Max, P: 0.035 Max, As: 0.01% Max Of Mass Share.

Terms of Payment:
Payment by bank wire TT transfer against presentation of the required documents as Commercial Invoice, Ocean Bill of lading, SGS certificate issued at loading port . This is to be combined with a Bank Guarantee (BG) or a Stand-by Letter of Credit (SBLC), only transferable, irrevocable, confirmed, divisible, unencumbered, auto-revolving up to the end of the contract and last shipment, value three monthly deliveries

Procedures, as Rules the ICC of Paris:
Side issues Soft Offer on eventually request
Buyer issues LOI + Soft Probe and included evidence of financial instruments that will be used for payment, delivery port and eventually cutting
The Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (F.C.O.) to the Buyer
The Buyer issues I.C.P.O. with Bank informations and/or Bank Capability Letter (BCL) or RWA
The Seller issues Draft Contract to Buyer for comments and acceptance; the Buyer signs, seals and return the contract and adds full banking informations
The Seller signs, seals, and send to the Buyer the contract by e-mail, copy sent by e-mail shall be considered as an original
After Contract signed, Seller will ship four copies of Draft Contract with international courier to the Buyer.
Within five (5) banking days after the final hard copy contract signature, the Buyer opens a non-operative Bank Instrument (copy to be sent to the seller via mail or fax for acceptance); the Seller, within five (5) banking days from the receipt of the non-operative Bank Instrument, will issue non-operative Performance Bond of 2% of said Bank Instrument value
Sellers bank and Buyers bank will exchange POF against POP.
Delivery and shipment commence as per the terms and conditions of the contract.

Packing: bulk. The rails are assembled in stacks organized and maintained on a secure site with restricted and strictly controlled access, with steel bands and rope and equipped with appropriate lifting hooks.?

Overprice: + $ 5/MT for non-transferable financial instrument

Overprice: + $ 5/MT for cutting 1,5 meters

Cutting: 6-12 meters, CIF ASWP (not U.S.A. embargue ports, Iran, Iraq, Afganistan etc.)

Price: USD 325/MT net net

Quantity: 30.000 MT/month x 12 months
