We will give to the buyer after start payment at below;

Effect of payment for each consignment shall be effected within 3 (three) banking days after receipt by the Sellers Advising Bank of all documents required for payment.

The remaining consignments will be shipped in each 30 (thirty) day periods as defined in the Appendix.

The First shipment will commence no later than 45 (forty-five) days from date issued of the operative Letter of Credit.

After reception by Seller of the Letter of Credit and verification that the swift matches the contract terms, the Performance Bond automatically become operative at the time of the first billing.

The Buyers Bank or will issue the operative Letter of Credit and notify the seller of its issuance in his favor on or before (Date).

The buyer must sign the contract and send to the Seller for signature. The Seller will sign originals of the contract and will send back to the buyer via email.

The buyer must provide all information within the contract that has been left blank, and replace the words "Bank" with the name of their Bank if different than recorded.

The seller gives to POP, Contract, and Original invoice in Turkey office.

The buyer sends to signed FCO and POF.

The Seller sends FCO.

The Buyer sends to ICPO and BCL.

Procedure:

Origin are Central Europe, North Africa and Indian Ocean.

We can give minimum 30,000 mt x12, 60,000 mt x12 (months), 120,000 mt x12 OR 160,000 mt x12.

ISRI Code: 50-65 -The scrap consists of R50-R65 of Rails as R50 (51.67kg/m GOST-7173-75), R65 (64.72 kg/m GOST-8165-75) and Length: Fr, according to INCOTERMS 2000

HMS 1&2(80:20) under ISRI 200-206.
