PROCESS:
1. Buyer needs to provide LOI along with BCL to begin the contractual process.
2. An NC-NDA will, of course, need to be signed.
3. Contract will be issued & signed by both parties.
4. Irrivocable Operative Transferrable L/C confirmed by top 50 USA banks, and should be approved at the time of contract.
5. Shipping should begin within 30-45 days of final contract.First shipment may take 45 days, there after it takes only 30 days to reach destination port.

ORIGIN: Argentina, South America
MINIMUM ORDER: 5000 MT x 12 month contract
PRICE: CNF price to Nava Sheva, India $480 (USD)/MT (JUNE 2008)
