If you are ready to close this contract with us I advice you to raise us your LOI and Draft contract once this formalities are final then let us know when you will be coming  down to South Africa to inspect the material  and Open the LC.

Payment Terms       : Documentary Letter of Credit (DL/C) Confirmed      Transferable and divisible

Inspection                :  SGS at the port of loading

Delivery: 30,000mtw per month for 12 months.

However our company is ready willing to handle this contract with you and your company as matter of fact we can give the material on CNF but the price will change to CNF US$260.00 per metric ton to any Indian port.
