We have large quantity of Iron Scrap for Sale. It is located at different locations in Nigeria. We have about 12,000,000,00,MT of Used Rails, specification: ISRI R50-65 Non-Metal impurities 1% one percent or less-no radiation, and about 900,000MT-1.6 million MT of HMS 1&2
 
We are Fiduciary Agent Mandated to sale off Scraps by the Railway Corporation as they want to use the fund to off set their huge debt as the government wants to privatized the Corporation.
 
USED RAILS
The prices ranges from USD$127 MT (FOB), and USD$165 CIF.
HMS1&2  is USD$95MT FOB, and USD$ 135MT CIF. This is our Standard
Prices.

Delivery will be effected within /30-45 days.

Port of loading - Apapa Ports Terminal International standard; SGS certification at port of loading.
 
Procedure and terms / conditions.
1. Buyer issues LOI with full Banking details and allow soft probe.
2. Seller issues Draft Sale contract outlining full procedures and payment terms.
3. Buyer signs the Draft Sale contract with Bank confirmation letter.
4. Seller issues final sale contract.
5. Buyer issues Non-Operative Revolving Letter of Credit.
6. Seller posts 2% P.B to activate the L/C.
7. Seller arranges for buyer to visit PORT OF LOADING to see the availability of goods and witness loading operation. All expenses for the same will be borne by the buyer.
8. Delivery commence as per shipping schedules mutually agreed by buyer and seller.
 
Terms of payment;
1) SBLC fully funded for as least three months.
2) Unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee from top50 world banks.
3) Revolving line of credit this again, most be full funded for at least 3 months. In the last case, the price may be higher depending on whether revolving L/C is funded for full terms or not. We give 2% PB.
 
Please note that buyer has to indicate in the LOI one of the three payment terms, which ever is more convenient for him.
 
Kindly submit a complete LOI and BCL stating one of above payment terms in other to proceed.
