1. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO with full banking details with soft probe authorization or BCL.

BANKS: The seller only allow that the SBLC will be open for European bank PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% PBG by Seller

LC INSPECTION: Quality, Quantity, Weight by SGS at loading port. (Inspection At Storage Place by Buyer allowed)

DELIVERY TIME: First shipment 35 days from

SHIPPING TERMS: Min 30, 000MT per Shipment, CIF, ASWP.

PAYMENT: Transferable, Unconditional, SBLC, DLC, FFDLC, BG payable 100% at sight at Loading port

Option. PRICE: USD 273 per MT

LOADING PORT: EUROPE or Seller's

CONTRACT LENGTH: 36 MONTHS.

TOTAL QUANTITY: 5.000.000 MT +/-5%.
