C. C. Rules - Buyer must send us his ICPO that includes a verifiable business address, tel/fax numbers, and, complete and authentic Banking co-ordinates w/SPA to receive an FCO. LOI must be on end buyer's letterhead and not older than 3 days.Non-compliance will not receive a response.An FCO will be submitted after verifyingOffer details.ICPO's issued by an authorized mandate for and on behalf of an end-buyer unacceptable.NOTE: Payment: Fully-Funded, Auto Revolving Transferable, LC payable 100% at sight of Ocean Bill of Lading and must be confirmed by a Top 50 World Bank or bank of seller's choice.NOTE ll: Performance Bond: PB 2% backed by SBLC will be issued only after receipt of the operative LC from the end-buyer and after verification that the swift matches the contract terms.We appreciate receiving your offer and look forward to supplying your scrap metals needs on receipt of a valid ICPO.
