Scrap Metal 10 APRIL 2008 We, for and on behalf of our joint-venture partner as Direct Seller hereby declare and confirm full corporate authority and legal responsibility, that we are ready, willing to offer for sale, the following commodity as per specifications in the terms and conditions as stated below. Commodity:HMS 1&2 ISRI 200-206 Origin : COSTA RICO Procedures:1. Buyer sends to Seller a current dated Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) on Buyers letterhead, fresh dated, signed and sealed.2. Seller will send Buyer a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for signature.3. Sellers send to Buyer a Draft Contract and after the terms are being agreed to both Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Formal Contract.4. Within a specified time, the seller will send invitation letter to the buyer to visit the yard/ material as stated in the contract and Buyer opens a DLC within 48 hours of visiting the site.5. Sellers bank provides Buyers bank with a 2% operative Performance Bond (PB).6. Seller sends all original sets of documentation to the Buyer, including vessels and quality certificates.7. Shipment commences as per contract 30 to 45 days after the financial instrument is activated. HMS General InformationOther Conditions:1. Payment instrument must be Irrevocable and Unconditional, and Issued or Confirmed by a Prime International Bank.2.
