Dear Sir

Opek is direct with the seller in Russia, if they can issue the ICPO n BCL then Opek will send the contract, after sign the contract they can come for yard visit in Russia. What i asking is if they can buy 30,000x12 is much better because the seller prefer big quantity. Tell them this is not the Internet business, Opek will proof it if they want n i willing to meet them once again but they must give me the BCL & ICPO at the same time they must sign the contract.

The goods is guarantee they will get it n if they come with Opek to Russia they will c how true Opek is.photos submitted on request.
