1.Payment instrument must be Irrevocable and Unconditional, and Issued or Confirmed by a Prime International Bank.
2.Load port Inspection for Weight and Quantity by SGS is final and binding for all involved parties and basic for Payment.
3.We neither do nor perform in shipments and related to Inspection of Discharge port and only under special circumstances we accept Payments after Vessels arrival at Discharge Port.
4.Buyer has the obligation to attend the Inspection of the material before loading at the loading port, and has to confirm the quality and quantity.
5.Pictures, SGS reports, Past Performance, AQSIQ Certificate and other supporting documents are not provided before Pre-advise LC or Non-Operative payment Instrument is issued and confirmed.
6.Yard visit in case of yearly contracts

Used rails & HMS General Information

Single Shipments and Spot Deals of 30,000MT are possible as mentioned below list. Cargos of 15000MT as Annual Contract or Spot deals are available but on request only and after sellers confirmation.

LC term will be At Sellers Option and load port will be confirmed 20 days prior To 1st shipment.
