Our actual offer (19th of June 2007) : Used Rail: Spot of 30. 000 MT, price 259, -USD / MT CIF ASWP12 x 30. 000 MT, price 249, -USD / MT CIF ASWP* Procedure: 1. Buyer issues LOI + fresh BCL2. Seller issues FCO with all details included. 3. Buyer signs FCO and returns to Seller together with a MT799 confirmation of financial capabilities for this specific case4. Seller issues draft contract5. Exchange of mutually signed soft copies of the contract by email and hard copies by courier post6. Seller organizes a fresh SGS report and presents this report to Buyer during a personal meeting at Sellers premises. 7. Buyer issues operative DLC to Sellers bank within 5 (five) banking days after the presentation of the SGS report8. Seller issues PB (no PB in case of spot deal) 9. Shipments commence (Buyer can attend the loading) We offer Used Rail scrap and HMS1 & 2 with a minimum quantity contracts of 30. 000 MT x 12 months (360. 000mt / year) and we are prepared to enter into contract for the sale of these commodities up to 150. 000 MT per month x 12 months. Our offers are on a first come first served basis. Offers are subject to Seller approval. We serve no spots. USED RAIL / SCRAP R-50 / R-65The Rail shall conform to ISRI CODES R50-65 and will be Used Rail Steel Scrap-Standard section "T" rails original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier. Material is free from mud, dust, fluff, non-ferrous inclusions, excessive rust and other impurities. HMS 1 & 2The steel scrap consists of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cuttings, bars, etc.) , Industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. Pieces, etc) , auto and truck frames and bodies, railroad scrap (wheels, axles, parts of locomotives and carriages, etc.) . Non-metal impurities total 1%  (one percent) or less.
