PB% is 2% The supplier needs LOI and Swift bcl bank to bank and attach the form of bcl. Upon acceptance of the buyer, the supplier will give you their bank details for the swift sending. No fco can start without this procedure. This is the suppliers way to check if the buyer is genuine, ready, willing, and able to buy.
