We are very serious and genuine german company. We are direct to seller. Our supplier is american company nsmc and we are working succesfully along time only with them. Contract minimum one year, minimum monthly delivery 30.000 MT x 12 month1a. No indian no Bangladesh banks, indian ;banglsdesh buyers only with european oder american bank and only deposit contract!!!!2. L/c should be non transferable;revolving; confirmed;irrevocable payable 100% at sighnt of clean ocean bill of lading3. No single, no trial, no initial shipments4. No container deliveries only bulk5. CIF terms only7. No transferable, no back to back L/c; no one fresh L/c per shipment8. We sell only to the end buyers with standard contract9. The buyer must have our contract to study, he schould read it all and carefully and accept all terms and conditions10. The LOI should be only our type of LOI on buyers letterhead and adressed to us not older as five days and together with a signed consent agreement.11. The seller has all necessary certificates to be able to deliver to China aqsiq-no problem!!!12. Traders ;resellers only deposit conract- endbuyers standart contract13. Mediators commission:50% from overprice stay with seller other 50% will be paid as commission to the mediators. There are no limits but the overprice will be splited 50%-50% for each added USD 2;/MT you will get USD 1;-/MT etc....14: The L/c will be opened direct to the seller(noto us we are the sellers mandates)A final remark: Please note that seller has their terms and contract wording and will not accept any changes to it, minor or not. It is really a take it or leave it situation, it is no use trying to negotiate the terms as they were written in a way that protects all parties.
