We are only the one intermediate person, we have interest to supply HMS 1, HMS 1 & 2Origin: Central EuropeQTY: Minimum 30,000 MT per month (on yearly contract basis only)Price (CIF): $190 per MT at Indian PortOur Supplier's MOST SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITION :1) Seller issues 2% Non-operative PB in-advance before L/C2) L/C: Transferable or Non-transferable is acceptable3) Site-visit available after receiving L/C4) POP bank to bank after receiving L/C.5) AQSIQ number available (will be stated on the formal contract).6) B/L and SGS or CCIC inspection certificate go along with the shipment.Additionally note:Seller is doing as straight and clear business as it is possible in the field: one company, one fund account in one bank, one destination, one end buyer, one contract. Otherwise there are exposures to stack with endless frauds and discussions. So we need clear set of documents on behalf of each company separately and only if funds are sure. The contract will be made only directly between end-buyer and seller in order to avoid any possible complications.
