We are the direct End-Seller's Mandate and Authorized Contract Signatory for all the contract transacted in China and Malaysia.We are the performer in this industry, so do not waste our time if you are NOT genuine and serious End-Buyer/ Buyer's Mandate. Please ensure that you can follow our Non-Negotiatable Standard Procedures and Payment Terms, otherwise it is merely wasting our time and your time as well.Our procedures:1.Buyer sends in LOI and BCL.2.Seller verifies the LOI and BCL or perform Soft Probe on Buyer's Bank Account.3.Seller inssues FCO and Draft Contract to Buyer.4. Buyer finalizing the Draft Contract and sign back the FCO and Draft Contract and send to Seller.5. Seller will seal the contract and send 3 hard copies to Buyer via courrier service.6.Buyer raise Non-Operative LC and swift to Seller's Bank.7. Seller will Swift 2%PB to activate the LC.8. Contract commences after the LC is activated.9. Seller will issue Invitation Letter to Buyer's Representative to enable Buyer to visit the Loading Port.
