We have available only for buyers from AQSIQ certified Non-NHI sellers and suppliers steel scrap, such as Used Rails, HMS 1&2, HMS 1.Our basic business terms are:PAYMENT: Documentary Irrevocable Revolving Non-Transferable OR Transferable 100% LC at sight.PERFORMANCE BOND:2%SGS/CIQ/CCIC quality & quantity reports are documents acceptable for payment.Yard & Loading Port visit accepted.AQSIQ: YES (upon signing of contract)BCL: Top 25 prime banks (to be issued together with LOI)Please note that without BCL we will not issue FCO.So if you agree with the above terms, please let us know by return your requirement.
