Seller sends FCO immediately to buyer

Buyer issue Fresh LOI with soft probe authority.

Warrenty:  A certified endorser of this product by a accepted international organization when operative L/C issued

PaymentTerms: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Fully-Transferable, Auto-Revolving,Unconditional, Clean Documentary Letter of Credit from a top 25 WorldBank.

Loading Port: Will be determined by seller

Inspection: SGS at loading port, sellers cost

Total Year: 360,000MT

Quantity: 30,000MT X 12 (per month for 1 year)

Origin: Europe, Sellers option
