Non-Transferable LC is allowed only if buyer bank is approved by supplier bank. World top 25 banks are preferred by the seller with an additional charge of 6 USD PER MT over the basic C &F price quoted.

4. Transferable LC/BG must be issued as - "CONFIRM OPERATIVE NON-TRANSFERABLE or TRANSFERABLE & UNCONDITIONAL 100% AT SIGHT WITH SELLER BEING THE 1st BENEFICIARY OF THE LC VIA MT760" "BG - CONFIRM OPERATIVE BG via MT760"

5. 2% PBG is given by seller. But this will be issued only after sellers bank has APPROVED buyers LC.

6. All prices are in US Dollars. Major currencies are accepted but USD is preferred.

7. Buyer is allowed to be present at the port of loading.

8. Procedure:

We do not need your BCL or bank details. Please read procedures carefully. Seller does not consider buyer serious until buyer's bank contacts sellers bank. The procedures are not much flexible.

1. Buyer issues LOI
2. Seller gives Seller bank details
3. Buyer issues RA (Ready, Willing and Able) (MT799) OR bank Letter to sellers bank.
4. After receipt of LOI & RWA or bank Letter from buyers bank to sellers bank, seller gives draft contract.
5. Buyer and seller to agree upon the contract and then sign the contract
6. Buyer will issue LC TEXT SCRIPT to Seller for approval
7. Seller approves LC TEXT SCRIPT
8. Buyer issues LC
9. Sellers bank confirms buyers LC is good
10. Seller issues 2% PB and POP
11. Shipment starts from port of loading

3. Payment by transferable L/C

Maximum quantity: seller does not wish to do more than 30,000MT (spot or annual) except for trusted clients.

2. PRICE, as of November 5th, 2007:

Minimum quantity for both used rails and HMS 1&2 is 15,000MT spot or annual. Please do not request for lesser quantities. Seller does not do it.
