Yard Visit / Pre Inspection: If required by the Buyer, as soon as the contract is signed and upon BCL issued by the Buyer's Bank, a materials' (pre) inspection can be arranged.
Delivery: First shipment [if the transaction is confirmed] starting next week 10, November 2008
Packing: Shipment in Bulk. Material will be loaded in Bulk Vessels, with a capacity of 30.000 MT pulled by tug, containing 25,000MT of HMS1&2 and 5,000 of Shredded Scraps (this last as a base on the bottom of the vessel)
Payment: Irrevocable and Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit, payable 100% at sight with a validity up to end Contract for one shipment's value, issued and/or confirmed by a Western European or USA prime 25 Bank. [Note (A) Issuing the Financial Instruments on "NON-Transferable" basis assumes a Price Increase of USD 10.00 x MT]
Price: Please email us with your target prices and we will be in a position to work a reasonable market rate for you.
Minimum order quantity: 30,000MT
Total quantity available: 30,000MT and and more quantities thereafter.
